Wilmad screw-cap NMR tubes are precision glass tubes designed for use in high-field NMR spectroscopy. They feature an open-top screw-thread cap with a PTFE/silicone septum, allowing easy addition of samples or reactants via syringe without compromising the seal—ideal for air-sensitive samples and sample storage
Screw-Cap Tubes are commonly used in sample degasification. The vacuum quality that it can maintain is >10-4 torr. For better vacuum, please check our Pressure/Vacuum Tube and Quick Pressure Valve Tube. Each Screw-Cap Tube comes with one PTFE/Silicone Septum.

Screw-Cap Tube Notes:
PTFE/ Rubber septums are inert to most solvents and many corrosive materials but not recommended for multiple punctures.
PTFE/Silicone septums are inert to most organic solvents and compounds but not recommended for strongly corrosive materials. The septum remains reliable after multiple punctures.
