Returns
Returns are accepted if the product is out of specification, faulty, damaged, or if extra product was delivered in error. Goss Scientific will cover the cost of transport and arrange collection for any faulty or damaged goods and any product transportation need due to error. Customers are able arrange own transport, if they desire, but Goss Scientific will not reimburse transport costs that are more than 15% greater than original delivery method, unless agreed in writing.
If a replacement product is required, this will be provided and transported by Goss Scientific as quickly as possible, according to stock and production availability.
Unwanted products can be returned, if unused, by agreement. Custom made products cannot be returned if unwanted. Returned unwanted products are subject to a restocking fee and the customer covers the cost of transportation.
- Returns are agreed in writing.
- A purchase order or written consent is required to cover restocking fee and transport, if applicable.
- Returned goods will be inspected on arrival for any damage or opening.
- Customer is responsible for the safe and secure packaging of goods for return of unwanted returned goods
- Once inspected:
- Any credit is allocated against invoice on customer account.
- Any monies owing are paid to customer on original payment method unless alternate method is agreed in writing.
