VisX Star S4 IR
The VISX Star S4 IR is a 193 nm excimer laser system developed for refractive corneal surgery, particularly LASIK. It uses Variable Spot Scanning (VSS) technology and can be integrated with the WaveScan wavefront system for wavefront-guided/customized treatments. The system also incorporates Iris Registration (IR) and 3D ActiveTrak eye-tracking technologies to improve treatment alignment and compensate for eye movement.
