Order Process

 

Orders may be placed by e mail, telephone, fax or post.

 

Goss Scientific will automatically set up account facilities for bona fide companies, organisations or academic institutions so we can accept orders immediately.

 

All orders should clearly state our part number, product description and quantity required.

 

All orders must be accompanied by a Purchase Order. Please state the delivery address, invoice address, contact name and contact telephone number.

 

Customers who do not have an account may pay by Credit or Debit card.

 

PRIVACY POLICY - we do not store Credit Card details and we do not share customer details with any third parties.

 

Delivery Time

 

Orders received for stock items will be delivered ‘next working day’ by courier if the order is received before 2pm.

 

We will inform the customer immediately if there is any expected delay.

 

Delivery Charges - UK shipments

 

There is no minimum order charge.

 

Packing and carriage charged at £10.00 per shipment.

 

All goods are shipped by professional courier and packed to comply with current hazardous shipping regulations where applicable.

 

Delivery Charges - International

 

There is no minimum order charge.

 

Packing and carriage charged at cost.

 

Carriage quotations can be supplied on request.

 

Carriage may be supplied free of charge on bulk orders by prior agreement.
